Answers about our platforms.
What distinguishes moveable’s platforms from conventional issue-reporting apps?
Our platforms are not just about forwarding a defect. They gather knowledge about active mobility, enable dialogue with responsible organisations and record both good examples and completed improvements.
Don’t reports create expectations that a municipality cannot possibly meet in every case?
A report does create a reasonable expectation that it will be seen and assessed. However, it is not a promise that the issue will be resolved. Official responses make it clear how a place is assessed, who is responsible and whether further steps are planned.
How does bikeable differ from Velobserver?
Velobserver is designed for the systematic assessment of entire routes. On bikeable, individual places are marked and discussed. Responsible organisations can respond directly to these spots and document improvements.
